Santa Cruz County announced two new COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday, both of which were connected to an outbreak at a nursing facility. According to county officials, a woman in her early 90s and a man in his early 70s were the two latest victims of coronavirus in Santa Cruz County. The victims contracted the virus from the ongoing outbreak at the Post Acute Center in Watsonville. “Both individuals had multiple underlying health conditions, but coronavirus is the primary cause of death for each case,” reported officials. Santa Cruz County announced two new COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday, both of which were connected to an outbreak at a nursing facility.

According to county officials, a woman in her early 90s and a man in his early 70s were the two latest victims of coronavirus in Santa Cruz County.
